A long-lasting partnership adding value to your existing team
We know from first-hand experience that working with an agency can be more challenging than it should be – often leaving you feeling remote and disconnected from the process.
We like to think of ourselves as part of your team, not apart from it – supplementing the skills you already possess in-house. We’ve built long-term partnerships with most of our clients, which means we know them well and can get things done.
Working with clients who have a vision of a better world for everyone
We have a lot of experience within the third sector. In fact, we’ve spent most of our careers working with organisations on a mission to make things better for others.
But that, of course, doesn’t just mean ‘charity’… we believe strongly that everyone has a role to play, so we work with non-profits, ministries and businesses who want to do things better.
Keeping lean means we keep the main thing, the main thing
Some might find it odd, but we don’t have an ambition to grow into a large-scale London-style agency. We’d rather work with the clients we like, offering great value-for-money design services that stand a chance of making a difference in the world.
You won’t find a team of account managers here, or even a flashy city office. We formed our studio back in 2012 and we’re still intentionally lean and focused on offering a great service.
Meet the team
Nick Wilmot
Nick is a digital and print designer who has spent nearly two decades working right across communications for both charities and businesses alike.
He's worked on either side of the fence; as both an external consultant as well as leading the in-house communications team for an international NGO.
He now heads up the creative output of Nick Wilmot Creative and consumes the vast majority of chocolate hob-nobs found within a 5-mile radius of the office.
Nesta Wilmot
Nesta has spent her working life in the third-sector. On the front-line, she has managed a hostel for people facing homelessness, helped women in crisis and latterly supported people through their drug and alcohol addiction.
She now uses this invaluable experience to gain a better insight into the world of our clients and their work. It also helps her manage Nick and keep everything ticking along smoothly. Nesta is also responsible for hiding as many chocolate hob-nobs as she can.
